  • Lunch & Dinner or any meal not mentioned on the above program during the tour.
  • Early check in or late checkout charges.
  • Usage of vehicle beyond the given route drives after 08.00 PM, usage of guide beyond the mentioned timings or anything beyond the itinerary
  • Cost of extension of the validity or deviation from the route of the tour
  • Porterage, laundry, wines & alcoholic beverages, mineral water (unless specified), telephone charges, shopping, all items of personal nature and food and drinks not forming the part of the group menus.
  • Extra cost incurred due to illness, accident, hospitalization or any Individual unforeseen cost incurring incidence.
  • Any upgradation in the room category.
  • Anything not specifically mentioned in 'Your Tour Price” and inclusions

Rates & Validity
All rates quoted are in EURO and are non-commissionable. The rates in this document are subject to
change/revision based on any increase / decrease in the hotels’/suppliers’ rates before any payment
and confirmation of group.

IMPORTANT

  •  The above-mentioned hotels will only be confirmed on availability at the time of booking. If
    otherwise suitable alternatives will be suggested prior to confirmation.
  • IMPORTANT – Kindly note that the check–in time to all hotels will be 1500 hrs. and check out is
    at 1200. But we will always be happy to assist to get earlier or late check out with our
    maximum service.
  • All transfer times mentioned above are subject to variation depending on traffic flow and road
    conditions.
  • All room categories are based on standard rooms (18 – 22 Meter) and this company has no
    possibility of allocating a special floor or special view.
